We’re Seeking Someone Who:

– Has at least 3 years of experience as a mechanic, preferably with a variety of bikes including racing, gravel, mountain, and e-bikes.

– Lives and breathes cycling, showing that this is more than just a job for them.

– Excels in customer service, with strong empathy and communication skills.

– Stays updated on the latest cycling techniques and industry advancements.

– Maintains a positive attitude, focusing on quality and efficiency.

– Is proficient in both spoken and written English.
