Description

Are you constantly suffering from saddle pain, still not completely sure if you are on the correct saddle? We can help with that by using the gebioMized saddle pressure mapping tool! By using the 64 sensors that detect pressure points on the saddle, your contact area with the saddle is accurately mapped while you are cycling. With this information, we can select the correct saddle size shape and adjust it to the position that fits your body perfectly.

The film is applied on the saddle and the cyclist may position himself on it without changing his riding style. In this manner, the pressure distribution on the saddle can be measured as static as well as dynamic, i.e. while cycling. Using a color scale the pressure distribution in the different saddle areas is displayed graphically.

 HIGHLIGHTS

  • Measurement of the pressure distribution in different seating and handlebar positions
  • Comparison of different saddle types
  • Displaying of the results through a color code or a 3-D pressure chart
  • Features to analyze asymmetries and phases of loading
  • Color-printed report (including pressure values and the saddle’s positioning)

 COMPLETE REPORT

  • Mean pressure across the saddle
  • Front and rear saddle pressure (pubic bone v’s sit bone)
  • Max pressure values and their location on the saddle
  • Left and right side pressure comparison
  • Center of movement and pelvic tracking pattern
  • Gross angle of pelvic hemisphere alignment
